1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic items.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
